Keto Cannoli Dip


• 16 oz Ricotta

• 8 oz marscapone

• 1 tsp vanilla

• 1/2 C powdered Monkfruit or sweetener of your choice


• Add ricotta and marscapone to a mixing bowl and beat with mixer until combined

• Add vanilla and sweetener and beat until light and fluffy.

• Top with chopped pistachio or chocolate chips
