Keto Crustless Pizza Low Carb Comfort Food


This is a delicious low carb crustless pizza! It’s an easy one skillet meal. Here’s my recipe:

Start by sautéing half of a chopped onion. Add a tablespoon of chopped garlic. I use beef tallow to sauté with. We make our own. Here is my blog on how we make it:

Add ground beef, I use 2-lbs, salt & pepper to taste and Italian seasoning, brown and drain.

Top ground beef with marinara sauce. I use Rao’s sauce, it is low in carbs then most and it is very fresh tasting. I use a whole jar, we like it saucy.

I get Rao’s from Sam’s Club. They usually have a good deal on a two pack.

Top sauce with mozzarella cheese.

Add your favorite toppings. I chose pepperoni and crumbled bacon.

I like to top with a little more cheese.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or so, until cheese is brown and bubbly. No
