Egg Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 Boiled Eggs
  • 1/4 C Mayo
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 1/4 t pepper

First, do a rough chop on the eggs

Add Mayo, Mustard, Salt & Pepper, stir and store in refrigerator.
