Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1 tsp season salt

Mix these ingredients together, shape into nuggets, roll in breading (recipe below). Bake in oven or air fryer at 400 for 22-24 minutes or until cooked through, brown and crisp.

Breading Ingredients

1/2 cup crushed pork rinds

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp season salt

Mix all together, store in refrigerator.

Makes about 12 chicken nuggets
