Keto Super Bowl Party Foods
|
Here is a list of recipes from my website all compiled together that would be great to serve at your Keto Super Bowl party. Even if your guests aren’t Keto, they will enjoy these recipes!
First, let’s start out with appetizers or what I like to call finger foods. Make sure you have plenty of napkins.
Tie bacon into double knots. Bake in air fryer or oven until crisp.
Melt chocolate chips and butter in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir until melted.
After bacon knots cool, dip tops into melted chocolate. The idea is to have one teaspoon or less of chocolate to coat each bacon knot.
Each bacon knot is one carb if you have less then one teaspoon of chocolate coating it.

Brown Butter Bites Keto Fat Bombs
|
These butter bites are perfect for when you need a little something to get you over a snack attack. They are pure butter and make the perfect fat bomb. They are rich tasting, so you won’t overeat them like some keto treats.
Start by slowly melting butter in a skillet. I used two sticks of butter and a pinch of salt. Slow is key! If you heat too high, too fast, the butter will burn and not taste good.
After a few minutes, a foam will appear on top of the butter. Keep stirring periodically. You will see the golden brown butter starting to appear underneath the foam.
After about 15 minutes, I scooped out the butter and poured it into silicone molds. I used a baking sheet under the molds for support.
I placed the molds in the refrigerator for an hour.
Store in refrigerator.

Parmesan Garlic Bacon Knots
|
These Bacon Knots are absolutely scrumptious! We could not stop eating them until they were all gone.
All you need is regular sliced Bacon, seasoning, (I use garlic powder and Italian seasoning) and grated Parmesan cheese.
I line my pan with parchment paper although not necessary. First, tie the bacon in a knot but don’t pull tight, then tie another knot. Tuck the ends close to the knot.
I get most of my spices from Aldi. Great prices.
Sprinkle garlic and Italian seasoning onto each knot. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 8 minutes. I used my air fryer, it cooks a little faster and the texture is a little more crispy.
After 8 minutes, remove them from the oven and right away sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
I use Kraft grated Parmesan. The cheese will stick to the grease. Return to oven for another 6-8 minutes, depending on how you want them cooked. I like mine crisp on the outside but the inside will be softer and delicious!
Pull them from the oven and let them cool down a bit.
Always save your bacon grease to cook with. It’s the best! I love scrambled eggs in bacon grease and also stir fried green beans.
These are so good! Serve them as a snack or a side or they would make an amazing appetizer! Take my advice, make a lot because they will disappear fast!

|
These are so good! I sprayed the muffin tin with avocado spray, sprinkled cheese, you can use any kind, poured in some egg whites with the cheese, just about a tablespoon, added season salt, baked 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until crispy. They are great for dipping! I used Ranch and also Salsa!
