Homemade Creamy Keto Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg plus 1 yolk, Pasteurized
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup Avocado Oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt and a sprinkle of pepper

Use an immersion blender and a tall glass to blend eggs, oil, vinegar and mustard. Blend for about one minute. Slowly add oil and blend until all oil is used and the mayonnaise is thick and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and add salt & pepper. Stir and refrigerate in an airtight container.

Herb Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Butter Melted
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt

Melt butter, stir in herbs. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.

Great for meat & veggies. Also great for butter garlic chaffles!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

1 cup Zero carb mayonnaise
4 teasoons white vinegar
¼ cup allulose sweetener (if you like sweet Cole slaw, if not omit)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt

Homemade Taco Seasoning

I have been making my own taco seasoning for a long time. It’s easy and easy to get ingredients, you maybe already have all of them already.

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon chili powder
  • 4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder or dehydrated onions or both
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp salt

Mix all together and that’s it. I store mine in a pint jar in my spice cabinet. You can change up any of the ingredients if you don’t like something or if you like it more spicy, that’s the beauty of this blend.
