Lemonade Jello

Ingredients:
8 oz water heated to boil
4 oz lemon juice
4 oz cold water
2 Tbsp stevia glycerite or to taste
2 Tbsp gelatin
Method:
Heat 8 ounces of water to a boil. Add gelatin slowly to the hot water and stir until completely dissolved. In a separate container mix 4 ounces of lemon juice and 4 ounces of cold water. Add Stevia glycerite and mix well. Stir the two liquids together, hot and cold and pour into a shallow dish then refrigerate for a few hours until firm.
