Protein Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup nut flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Monkfruit sweetener if desired

In a blender, blend all ingredients together and make in heated waffle maker. Makes 6 mini waffles.
