Chicken Patties

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cooked chicken diced into small chunks
  • 2 Tbsp diced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup crispy breading
  • 2 eggs

In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together and form into four patties. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Heat avocado oil in a fry pan on the stovetop and fry patties until golden brown on both sides. Serve with Aioli sauce.
