Chicken Patties

Ingredients:
- 8 oz cooked chicken diced into small chunks
- 2 Tbsp diced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup crispy breading
- 2 eggs
In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together and form into four patties. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Heat avocado oil in a fry pan on the stovetop and fry patties until golden brown on both sides. Serve with Aioli sauce.
