Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients:

Spray inside of mug with nonstick spray. Add egg and whisk. Add protein powder and chocolate chips and stir. Microwave for 90 seconds. Top with whipped cream. My recipe is below.

Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup allulose
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

To make this whip cream, you need this whipped cream dispenser. Add all ingredients to container. Put lid on and add N2O charger and shake. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
