My version of Aioli Sauce…Great for sandwiches, dip for meat and veggies. It is a simple sauce but packed with flavor!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (no seed oil is best)
- 2 fresh garlic cloves minced
- 1-1/2 Tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Dijon Grainy Mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper if desired
Mix all together and refrigerate.
