City Chicken


1 lb pork cubes

(I used boneless country ribs cut up into cubes)

1/2 cup crushed pork rinds

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1-2 tsp Real Salt Season Salt

1 egg

Skewer pork onto wooden sticks

Scramble eggs in a bowl

Mix pork panko, Parmesan cheese and seasoning salt together on a plate

Dip each skewer into egg and then roll in crumbs

Air fry at 400 degrees for 24 minutes, flipping half way through, or until golden brown and crispy

Makes 4 skewers

  1. 24 minutes was too long in our air fryer. I cooked the second batch 14 minutes and it was perfect. Probably depends on model of your air fryer. We enjoyed it! Thank you Paula!!
