City Chicken


1 lb pork cubes

(I used boneless country ribs cut up)

1/2 cup Carnivore Chicken Breast Flour

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1-2 tsp Real Salt Season Salt

2 eggs

Skewer pork onto wooden sticks

Scramble eggs in a bowl

Mix chicken breast flour, Parmesan cheese and seasoning salt together on a plate

Dip each skewer into egg and then roll in crumbs

Air fry at 400 degrees for 24 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
