Ingredients:
- 1lb Ground Chicken
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
Preheat Oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Spread onto a pizza pan. Bake crust for 20 minutes, then remove from oven. Add desired sauce and toppings. Return to oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
Meal Plan Idea: low carb sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni, 10g carbs 2 slices
