Basic Muffin Recipe

This is a great basic keto muffin recipe. You can add berries or nuts or spice to the batter or make a crumb topping for the top. You could also eat these plain!

I don’t like my muffins super sweet so you may need to adjust the sweetener. That’s the beauty of this recipe, you can make it however you want.

Ingredients;

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grind almond flour to a finer powder in a food processor. This helps it be less grainy. Mix all ingredients together. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray or use paper liners. Fill each cup 3/4 full. Bake for approximately 22 minutes. Ovens can vary so keep your eye in them after about 18 minutes.

Remove from oven when tops are starting to turn golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
