Cinnamon Chaffle
Cinnamon Chaffle
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Butter Melted
- 2 tsp Monk Fruit sweetener or Stevia
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sweetener
Mix eggs, cheese, vanilla in a small bowl.
Make chaffle’s in a mini waffle iron. Once cooked, brush butter onto both sides of chaffles and coat with cinnamon mixture.
Mix 1 tsp a with 1/4 cup of powdered Monk fruit, add more to thin if desired.
Pour glaze over top of Chaffle and cut into strips.
Makes 4-5 Chaffle’s
