I have a YouTube channel and I get tons of positive feedback on “what I eat in a day” videos. I plan on doing a post here once in a while as well.
I have been eating keto for 10 months now and I have lost 30 lbs, but the best thing is I have brought my autoimmune disease symptoms under control! In addition to that I haven’t had a debilitating migraine in ten months! That’s truly a miracle! I’m so thankful to God for showing me this way of eating.

Now on to my menu for the day.
We are currently at our vacation home on the lake and we started the morning out, like all mornings, with black coffee but it was extra special because it was in the jacuzzi. Best way to start the day.
After morning coffee, I always have my electrolytes. Electrolytes are so important on a ketogenic diet. I love re-lyte powder, I get it from Redmond Real Salt, I have a discount link below (keep reading) if you want to go shop and save some money.
I practice intermittent fasting so my first meal today was at Noon. I had four strips of bacon, two scrambled eggs in bacon grease and Gouda Cheese, avocado sliced and sprinkled with Tajin seasoning and a cup of coffee with heavy cream. A very satisfying breakfast. The fat and protein will keep me full for a few hours.
I had a Two Good yogurt, pumpkin, yum! That will put you in the mood for Fall! I put a couple of crushed pecans on top…so good!
I also had a small plate of meat and cheese. What could be better! A few slices of white cheddar, some pepperoni slices and some salami. This is great for taking on the go.
Ahhh… dinner. My absolute favorite…a giant ribeye coated with melted butter. I had a side of broccoli with butter and Redmond Salt, the very best. Oh and don’t forget re-lyte electrolyte powder!

It’s the end of the day and today I feel like a sweet coffee beverage. I have nespresso coffee, a little heavy cream, one pump of Torani Monkfruit sweetened Vanilla and a little homemade whip cream for the top. I have the best homemade whipped cream canister dispenser. And that’s a wrap for today. I stop eating around 6pm. I drink water, sometimes carbonated, while fasting and even a plain hot tea if I want a little something else.
