This is a great keto / low carb meal choice and a quick weeknight dinner.
I took 1 lb of ground hamburger and mixed in 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1 tsp Italian seasoning, then formed them into four burgers. Bake them in the air fryer at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes depending on desired doneness.
Remove from air fryer and top with low carb marinara sauce, I used Rao’s.
Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni then top with more cheese. Return back to air fryer until cheese is melted.
You could also make these in a conventional oven or even on the stovetop. They are great! Kids love them too!
