What I Eat in a Day on My Keto Diet

I have a YouTube channel and I get tons of positive feedback on what I eat in a day videos. I plan on doing a post here once in a while as well.

I have been eating keto for seven months now and I have lost 25lbs but the best thing is I have brought my autoimmune disease symptoms under control! In addition to that I haven’t had a migraine in seven months! That’s truly a miracle! I’m so thankful to God for showing me this way of eating.

Now on to my menu for the day.

I started out with breakfast. It was 11AM, I intermittent fast until then. I had scrambled eggs with bacon grease and Redmond Real Salt, the very best salt.

I also had some beef bacon that I get from my local butcher, it’s amazing! My beverage was black nespresso coffee, Costa Rica blend.

After Breakfast I start drinking water like it’s my job. I always start with Re-lyte electrolyte powder. This is mango, it is delicious! You need electrolytes if you are on a keto diet. I needed a mid day snack. I had Pork rinds. These Chili Lime ones by Epic are great! They are on the spicy side so if you don’t want Spicy, they have other flavors. I get mine from Amazon here: https://amzn.to/3u8SxUf

The salt flavor is great too and the ingredients are pretty clean!

I dipped them in guacamole that I buy from Aldi in individual portion size. So good and filling because of the fat.

Dinner time and I had steak. This was a sirloin steak from a cow that we bought. Sirloin is a tougher meat but I didn’t want to cook it low and slow. I wanted to grill it so I marinated it. I used Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Italian Seasoning and Redmond Salt.

I let it sit for about 45 min then I started the grill.

I had zucchini as my side. I sliced it up and added marinade.

Olive oil, Salt & Italian Seasoning.

Dinner was delicious. The steak was a little chewy but not bad. Still very flavorful. The balsamic vinegar made it a little sweet.

My day of eating is over, I usually wrap it up around 6pm or so. I will have more water and maybe a cup of hot tea to sip on later this evening.
